We support multiple payment methods, including Visa, MasterCard, and PayPal. Currently, due to maintenance of our payment processing system, PayPal is temporarily the only available payment option. We are working to restore additional payment methods as soon as possible to ensure a smooth and convenient shopping experience.

2. Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?

Of course! To ensure your order reaches you as quickly as possible, we begin crafting your bracelet on the same day your order is placed. If you need to cancel or modify your order, please do so within 8 hours of purchase. After this period, any requests will be handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Our shipping time within the United States typically takes 3–5 business days. International orders are generally delivered within 5–12 business days, depending on the destination and local carrier conditions.
